(The Reality of National Legislation in Confronting Contemporary Challenges, Kurdistan Region – Iraq as a Model)
In the midst of scientific and technological development, climate changes, increasing the number of populations and expansion of investment and labor markets leads to highlighting the role of law in addressing their outcoming results, and providing appropriate solutions to confront the resulted effects. As the legislative framework in the state is a necessity for any action or an attempt to remedy those important and dangerous results that have come to represent the most important challenges of the current era.
